  • Storage Cost: Rp. 50,000 /box/month (60 x 40 x 31.5)
  • Retrieval Trip: Rp. 10,000 flat fee + Rp. 10,000/box
    Note that delivery coverage Jakarta Area, Term and Conditions apply
  • Waiting time, maximum 30 min, after 30 mins will be charged Rp. 15,000 / 30 mins
  • Cancel/Change a drop-off / pick up / delivery:
    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so as late as 5:00 pm the day before.
    Changed made after 5:00 pm the day before will be charged Rp. 300,000.-
  • Order Cancel after the movers / team arrived at customer’s location / No Show during the appointed time: Rp. 300,000.-
  • Rent our boxes without storing item:
    Possible, we will treat as a normal box lease Rp. 50,000 per-box/month
  • What if our Movers Team is Missing in Action:
    We're sorry about that! This may happen occasionally on very busy days. Please contact our customer support team at +62 21 2751 9843 or email: support@waresix.com. We’ll locate our team and update you on their estimated time arrival
  • Delivery Notice / SLA
    Earliest Notice for pick up: H-2, after you made all the payment. H-1 will be confirmation from waresix
    Earliest Notice for Return: H-2, after you made all the payment. H-1 will be confirmation from waresix
    (We’ll try to accommodate H-1, it is extremely urgent for both pick up and delivery)
  • Monday - Friday : 09.00 - 17.00
  • Saturday : 09.00 - 12.00
  • Minimum Storage 1 month
  • Storage is always charged in monthly increments
  • To cancel and terminate your plan, please make sure you retrieve all your items before your next billing date
  • Send an email to support@waresix.com and we will work with you to put together a claim.

    When filing a claim, please include the following information:
    - Subject Line: Insurance Claim for (Last Name, First Name)
    - Date the box/item was returned to you
    - Barcode ID on the box/item containing damaged or missing items
    - Detailed inventory list and replacement value of items in Indonesian Rupiah
    - Specific description of loss or damage as it pertains to each item
    - Your contact information (Phone Number and E-mail)

    We have yet to exercise a claim to date, so please rest assured that the security and safety of your belongings is our highest priority!
  • We provide free insurance coverage to all of our customers' stored items against fire and other types of damages. The following insurance coverage is included free of charge under each of our services:
    - By-the-box: up to a maximum of Rp. 500,000 per box or item

All customers are not allowed to store any prohibited items, including all types of flammable items. Our moving teams reserve the rights to reject any prohibited items during pick-ups, such as:

  • Adhesives
  • Antifreeze
  • Beverages containing 70% or More Alcohol by Volume, Etc.
  • Body washes containing alcohol
  • Brake, transmission and windshield washer fluids
  • Camping gas, glazing torches and other harmful gases
  • Carpet cleaners
  • Certain cleaners containing pine oil
  • Cooking oil
  • Dry-cleaning spotters and solvents for home use
  • Engine additives
  • Flammable gases (e.g. butane gas)
  • Flammable liquids (e.g. gasoline, lighter fluid and diesel)
  • Flammable solids(e.g. non-safety matches, disposable BBQ and coal)
  • Flour
  • Hair mousse
  • Hair sprays and other hair products containing alcohol
  • Hand sanitizers containing ethyl alcohol
  • Lighter fluid
  • Lighters
  • Liquid correction fluids
  • Matches, charcoal, phosphorus and articles which are easily ignited
  • Oil-based paint
  • Paint thinners and primers
  • Paints, thinner and liquid adhesives
  • Perfume
  • Powder (Powdered milk)
  • Some pesticides
  • Spray (Hair spray, Sunscreen spray)
  • Spray lubricants
